Absolutely one of the best! Excellent, very professional, and honest! Takes pride in their work. We were using them for a second estimate for electrical work where we saw some sparks. The first electrician came in and gave me an estimate and told us not to turn the light on. BUT Resinger Repairs said, “We have to get rid of the immediate danger so you can do business”. Wow! I was charged just for the trip and not for the work that was done and he gave me an estimate to fix it permanently. This company gives you hope for humanity!

Our kitchen sink was backed up, due to my mistake, on a Sunday of all days. We attempted to fix it ourselves however our auger did not go beyond 25 feet. I could not find a 50′ auger to purchase that would get here soon enough so I began searching the Portage 411 for a plumber. Sean Risinger’s name/business came up numerous times with many positive reviews. I sent him a text message Sunday night and despite having a very busy week ahead, he squeezed us in on Tuesday morning. He was on time, very professional, very friendly and he explained everything in detail. He was able to rod our drain to 32 ft, installed a cleanout under the sink, and as a courtsey he secured the garbage disposal on correctly. He offered a 30 day warranty on the rodding and a year warranty on the cleanout. He suggested a product called Bio-Clean which I ordered that day and have been using weekly to help prevent future issues. We were highly impressed with Sean and his work ethic and will be contacting him again soon for some other work we need done. A+ experience all around!!
